Both vinyl and aluminum come with their distinct advantages and disadvantages. Vinyl fences are among the simplest to install independently, offering low maintenance and lasting durability. On the other hand, aluminum delivers a more sophisticated appearance and is resistant to rust.

Always verify your local codes and regulations prior to starting your project. You certainly don’t want to buy and install materials only to have the HOA require you to remove everything the following week.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in new or resellable condition to be considered for a return. Additionally, after 30 days from the original date of purchase, returns will not be accepted. No refunds will be provided on custom order jobs. The customer will be responsible for all freight and related charges for returned products. 

We stand behind all products that we product. We’ll protect your fence with our transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty against peeling, flaking, corroding, rotting, rusting and termite infestation.

Some components are universal but if you are matching an existing job it is best to reach out to our team with measurements and pictures before ordering. 

Smaller, quick shipped items usually take about 1-2 weeks. Non-stock or special items can take up to 4 weeks in production and 3-5 days in transit, depending on your location. You will be emailed an estimated shipment date once your order enters production. 

If you need to make any changes to your delivery preferences, please reach out to our team with your order number to avoid any extra freight charges. 

Shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis per the freight company. The customer will be responsible for offloading the product upon delivery.
